Shareware License and Registration

Evaluation and Registration. WingFlyer is shareware. Please feel free to try out the program to make sure it fits your needs and expectations. The price for registration is minimal and can be found on my webpage and is based on your satisfaction and honesty in using it.

Registered users will get some added benefits for registering including a registered copy with their name and user id embedded in it. Additional features include long filename support, event handling and other features as added. To register, fill out the order form, along with your valid email address, to :

Distribution. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware Version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
This in no way grants you a Registered License, it is simply a means to allow free distribution of the Shareware program. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception: Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to redistribute WingFlyer, subject to the conditions in this license, and provided I receive a copy of the distribution.
