Licences, Copyrights and other Legal Stuff

License Agreement. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. This license agreement and warranty applies to this and all previous versions of WingFlyer. Future versions of WingFlyer can contain a license agreement and warranty that will supercede this one. In addition there may be a special license agreement and warranty signed by me that may provide exception to this license for a limited specified group. For information on distributing the shareware version of WingFlyer see the section titled Shareware License.

Registered Version. A single registered copy of WingFlyer may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. The rule of thumb is the number of possible simultaneous users. If n number of people will use the program simultaneously, then there are n number of users.

Distribution of Registered Version. Distribution, unless otherwise previously agreed upon, will be electronic only. The use of one or more of the following methods will be able : WebPage access, email or anonymous ftp.

Site license. A registered Site Licence is limited to the number of individual copies that are determined by me and the party registering the software. Each individual copy carries the same restrictions and privileges as a single registered copy does.

Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Disclaimer of Warranty. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which WingFlyer may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
